Thank you for trusting me to take you photos! My goal is to provide you with an enjoyable experience from booking to gallery delivery. Please review the following policies before booking your session. Booking with me means you agree to the following...


Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve your session date and time.
  • The remaining balance is due the day of session.
  • No photos will be delivered until the balance has been paid in full.
  • travel fees may apply, depending on location.
  • Payment is Cash, Check, and Venmo only.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • If severe weather or another emergency prevents the session, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if rescheduled within 30 days.


Arrival

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your session time to avoid affecting other scheduled sessions.
  • If you are more than 20 minutes late without communication, the session may be canceled and the retainer forfeited.


Editing

  • Every image is professionally edited in the style of Nick Brock Visuals.
  • I work close with you to match style you choose before gallery is returned.
  • Raw (unedited) images are never delivered.
  • Extensive edits such as body reshaping, face swaps, or background replacements are not included unless discussed beforehand and may require an additional fee.


Gallery Delivery

  • Your online gallery will typically be delivered within 1–3 weeks after your session.
  • During busy seasons, delivery times may be slightly longer.
  • Please download and back up your images promptly after delivery.
  • Most galleries will expire within 1 month, and you will not be able to get phots back.


Photo Rights

  • You receive a personal-use license for all delivered images. This means you may download, print, and share your photos for personal use.
  • Nick Brock Visuals retains the copyright to all images and may use selected photographs for portfolio display, social media, advertising, website content, contests, publications, and other marketing purposes.
  • If you would prefer that your images remain private, please let me know before your session.


Printing

  • You are welcome to print your images wherever you choose. Please note that print quality may vary depending on the printing lab used.
  • If print comes back blurry or pixelated, Nick Brock Visuals is not responsible.
  • Pixieset (where your photos will be delivered to you) has online printing you can order from.


Liability

  • Nick Brock Visuals is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure despite reasonable precautions, or other unforeseen events. Every reasonable effort will be made to complete or reschedule your session if necessary.
